    Okay. So after reading the reviews I guess we got in with the good crew because we had a great experience. Let me start with the coffee. Not a coffee drinker because it can be harsh when not done right. I got a dirty Chai. That thing was smooth. Suave. My wife and daughter, the coffee drinkers, also enjoyed their coffee. Then there was the food. Now I had the chilaquiles. They were great. Prepared as they should have. But they were Mexican spicy. When they told me they were spicy I thought they were American spicy. That's easy. Mexican spicy is another level. Now Thai spicy is another story. With Thai spicy you may be tempted to slap the chef's mama. My wife got the avocado toast. Lots of food. Lots of aguacate. Guacamole. Arugula salad. Poached egg. Bacon. Great toast. Everything up to par and beyond. 2+2+2 Two pancakes. Two eggs. Two meats of your choice. Nothing fancy but solid and the pancakes were good. The environment was basic dinner decor. Nothing fancy. Overall good value. Good food.

    Aastha was wonderfully explained all the famous foods option. Delightful hot flavored green tea on this rare rainy afternoon. Mushrooms chicken sandwiches pairs perfectly well with fresh fluffy homemade fries. Super clean tables and condiment.

    Jinky's is a great cafe for breakfast, lunch, or an early dinner. And that's in the order of my preference in meals there too. I've had several omelettes and different breakfast dishes and have enjoyed them all. It also seems to be their busiest times. I've gotten wraps, salads and different entrees there and they have all been great portions at great prices. Good service and a nice cafe environment.

    My first visit to Jinky's Cafe and jt definitely won't be my last! Wonderful spot that serves Breakfast ALL Day. Yay! I came at lunchtime and there was plenty of seating inside. It's a small location so I can imagine on the weekends it could get busy but I lucked out this time. Our waitress was so kind and attentive. I went with the croissant breakfast sandwich. It comes with your choice of sausage or bacon, a friend egg, cheddar cheese, and a tomato with a slice of their jinkys potatoes. It was so delicious. The food came out pretty fast once I ordered which is always a win. I need to come back soon and try some of their lunch items. They have a good variety of bowls and burgers as well. See you soon!
